Brings deep industry and permitting experience to the USAU Board

(NASDAQ: USAU), a gold exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that Mr. Douglas Newby has been appointed to the Board of Directors.  Mr. Newby has also been appointed to the Compensation Committee, Nominating Committee and Technical Committee and becomes the new Chair of the U.S. Gold Corp. Audit Committee.
